"Fire and Ice" Healing Package for 2
~First, we begin the session with a Fire Ceremony of writing down what we want to release (such as negative self-talk, false limiting beliefs, or anything that no longer serves the highest good ) and burn it together in the fire pit with intention.
~Second, you will enjoy the Infrared Sauna for two for about 20 minutes to relax and detox. Some of the health benefits may include: lowering stress and blood pressure, eases joint stiffness and pains, increases blood flow, promotes weight loss, removes toxins from body, and improves cardiovascular health.
~Third, we will encourage you with Breathwork before emerging into the Ice Bath in the outdoor jacuzzi for 7-10 minutes. Some benefits include: boosting the immune system, energizing the body, reducing pain and inflammation, reset your mental strength, improving your central nervous system, and boosting your metabolism.
~Fourth, you will have a choice of a final cleansing and clearing with either a Zen Session or a Hapeh -Joy Ceremony. Whichever your bodies call for at that time.
